Just thought I”d remind everyone that I still have the condo 4 sale here in Cherokee County near Woodstock, I75 and I575.
It’s a great place and if it was within 3 hours of the grandchildren in Va Beach, I would stay here.

They forecast rain for tonite and lo and behold it’s been raining for an hour or more here. Not just mist or dirzzle. Real Rain. Hope it rains enough to help the water shortage. We are down 17 inches and the main lake the water comes from is drying up. they show pictures every night.
Even thunder!
Soon they will have to do extraordinary measures to get the water from the lake.
to PiperMan. I was very unhappy not to be there to help him celebrate. This is his 4th birthday that I’ve missed. But he had a good lunch with his Aunt Tink.
Can’t believe he’s already 21. Seems like yesterday his Great Grandma was teaching him to crawl after he learned to walk. The doc said if he didn’t learn to crawl that it would mess up his reading. So Grandma decided to teach him. Must have worked because by the time he was 3 he was reading.
He’s growing into quite a young man with great goals.
